Owlgorithm Labs provides WordPress software products, including Owl Security Pro, which may include features such as firewall protection, malware scanning, login protection, backups, hardening, alerts, and reporting.
You are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your website and hosting environment before purchase.
When you purchase Owl Security Pro:
You receive a license for the plan you selected (e.g., 1 site, 5 sites, etc.).
License keys are delivered via email to the email address used at checkout.
Licenses are for your use only and must not be resold, shared, or distributed beyond the site limits of your plan.
We may suspend or revoke a license if we detect abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for:
Installing the plugin on your WordPress site
Maintaining site backups and hosting reliability
Ensuring WordPress, plugins, and themes are up to date
While our product is designed to improve security, no security solution can guarantee protection from all threats.
We may update, modify, or improve the product over time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Owlgorithm Labs does not store your full payment card details.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time for future purchases or renewals.
We offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 days after your refund claim is submitted and approved.
The time it takes to reflect in your account may also depend on your payment provider or bank.

Support does not include custom development, server management, or third-party plugin/theme troubleshooting unless specifically agreed.
You agree not to:
Copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the plugin or license key
Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass licensing/security mechanisms
Use the product for illegal or harmful activity
Attempt to compromise our website or services
Owl Security Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that:
the Service will be error-free,
threats will never occur,
or security outcomes will be guaranteed.
You use the product at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owlgorithm Labs shall not be liable for:
loss of data
loss of revenue or profits
website downtime
security breaches caused by third parties
indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability in any event is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access to your license if:
you violate these Terms,
we detect misuse or fraud,
or you attempt to bypass licensing limits.
Termination may result in loss of access to updates and premium services.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Owlgorithm Labs operates, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
